best baker in the neighborhood

i just ran across the street to grab something to eat, ok, at saibron, that bakery ive mentioned that is the best thing in the world, right? well, ive never been in there when there wasnt a line of some length, but today (and i suppose it was a bit silly to go during the noon hour) there was a line literally out the door and around the corner! getting someone to take your order is a bit like trying to catch the eye - or ear - of a busy bartender, and of course i was there, head in the clouds, and the ppl in line behind me placed their order before i did. that being said, im totally happy with my broccoli-chevre tarte, and it was worth the 20-min wait :)
